Tasks: 

  • As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and working closely with the international sales team 
  • You are the first point of contact for our retail opportunities and clarify initial questions. 
  • You generate appointments for your sales colleagues 
  • You are responsible for actively building up the sales pipeline and maintaining it independently 
  • You take care of the preparation of presentations that you can jointly present to interested parties and customers 
  • You update and manage sales activities, leads and customer information in our CRM 

Requirements: 

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree or comparable training with a sales focus 
  • You are full of energy, enjoy making phone calls and want to constantly exceed your targets 
  • A NO is just an incentive for you to get the next YES 
  • You can speak German and English very well and possibly other languages - not a must (French, Italian, etc.) 
  • You are motivated to help design and implement new sales channels yourself 
  • You have the ability to explain even complex solutions simply 
  • You have an interest in design and retail 
  • You are reliable
